What is a credit?
A credit is the unit you pay with. One document generated live costs one credit. Previews are free.
Are there any features I have to pay extra for?
No. Every plan includes all features: templates, builder, AI assistant, e-signing, multilingual templates, webhooks, API, bulk and all connectors. The only difference is the number of credits.
How do I pay?
By card, Bancontact or SEPA Direct Debit. Belgian companies pay 21% VAT; other EU companies with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge).
When does my plan start?
On the day you subscribe. It renews every month, or every year, on that same date.
How do I track my usage?
Your dashboard always shows how many credits you have used this month.
Can I change plans?
Yes, in your account. A bigger plan starts right away and you only pay the difference for the current period. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
What if I need more credits?
Extra documents cost 0,20 € per credit and are added to your next invoice. You get an email when you reach your monthly credits. At twice your plan, live documents pause until your next period, so a runaway automation can never run up a surprise bill. Previews keep working.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in your account. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. Paid periods are not refunded.
