What data we process
When you fill in a form or contact us: your name, email address, company name, phone number and your message.
When you create an account: your name, email address, login credentials and billing details.
When you use Documenty: the data you provide yourself to create documents and have them signed. For that data, we act as a processor on behalf of your company.
Why we process it
To answer your question and schedule a demo, on the basis of our legitimate interest or your request.
To manage your account and subscription and to provide the service, on the basis of the contract.
To comply with legal obligations, such as our accounting obligations.
How long we retain it
We retain contact details for as long as necessary to follow up on your request. We retain account details for as long as you are a customer and thereafter for as long as required by law.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We work with carefully selected service providers for hosting, email and payments, with whom we conclude the necessary data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please send your request to info@documenty.com.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
