These terms apply to all use of Documenty, provided by Quivvy Solutions, Poortakkerstraat 57, 9051 Ghent, Belgium, VAT BE 0783.340.623, info@documenty.com, +32 9 320 00 10.
Account and use
You are responsible for your account and for the data you process in Documenty. You shall use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Subscription and payment
Prices and included credits are set out on our pricing page. Subscriptions are invoiced according to the selected plan. Previews and tests in sandbox do not use any credits.
Availability
We do our best to keep Documenty available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We announce scheduled maintenance in advance.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damage, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription subject to the notice period stated on the pricing page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent.
